0.2Ra (400 Grit), Satin or Mirror finish, Electro polishing

Isolator (Glove Box) version:-

Fixed rail design, remote geared motor mounting, special extractor tool mounting, end cover safety switch, drive shaft guard and safety switch

Body options:-

Flanged inlet with ‘O’ ring

Extra strength inlet flange to be self-supporting (Valve only)

Quick clamp outlet (Other means of valve support are required such as a secondary flange or support brackets or the extra strength flange option)

Variable inlet / outlet dimensions

Vent connection in the outlet

Sample nozzle in the outlet

End Cover options:-

End Cover safety switch

Reduced Capacity

Remote mounting of the extractor tool docking port with safety interlock. This is utilised when the valve is mounted in a hazardous area or where safety systems must be incorporated in the clients control system

Special Drive options:-

Different speed gearbox (Standard 17.5 RPM)

Suitable for variable speed

To suit special area classifications

Bare shaft or gearbox only

Leakage monitor connections to monitor / check integrity of rotor shaft seal

Full Clean-In-Place (CIP), including spray balls, dummy end covers, cleaning liquid injection points, drainage and drying points

Product contact parts and/or materials of construction material validation, which includes material / mill certificates (This option must be advised at commencement of the project, material validation documents can not be provided retrospectively)
